Hi,
My parents have a hp psc 750 printer and for some reason whenever I print a word document every other line had like a shadow on the print out. I've gone through and preformed all of the maintence that I know is possible on this but it still does this. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what i can do to get this to stop?

Thanks for your time!

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
Does this only happen when printing Word documents?
Is it confined to one computer or any computer printing Word documents?
I think that it is a custom setting in Word, not the printer.

Open Word.
  • Select Format.
  • Select Borders and shading.
  • Select Shading.
  • Change the settings so that there is no shading.
