I'm needing to help to set-up ,/fix my microsoft outlook to where I can email with it, any & all help is appreciated thank you in advance,..
below are the results from doing Network Diagnostics in the help & support center ,I only put the the failed part except the 1st few,& put x's in place of part of the ping #'s below for privacy

when I try to send email with it it stops & states error.,.,.....

Your post shows the 'network adaptor (ethernet) failed' which would also prevent you from using your web-browser or from accessing the internet for anything -- is that the case? If so, you may have to replace the network card inside the PC system box with a new one, after which you should have internet access and be able to send/receive with Outlook.

sorry for delay in responding been working.
actualy I used this very pc to post the problem,I always use it to acsess the internet, however I did upgrade ti ie 7 last week & its been haveing some problems especialy at first by shutting down all the browsers for no apperent reason but has seem to adapted itself & has done that anymore.

so what you think now since it does acses the internet with no problems,but no outlook, can I do any more trouble shooting ect.. whats your suggestion?
