I have a windows 98se computer that requires a password before it will complete loading. Is there a way to remove this program so that the computer will just load normally rather than require a paswword? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Howdy:

Try this..

Right click on the Network Neighbourhood icon on your desktop and select "Propeties"..

Now, in the new window, change the logon from "Client for Microsoft Networks" to "Windows Logon".. apply and okay out.. reboot..

The logon screen MAY come up once more.. if it does, just click on "Okay".. Do NOT just cancel or "x" out..
