for the past few months, approximately half of the time when i turn on my ibook there is a rhythmic clicking sound as it boots up and is followed by a grey screen with a blinking icon that looks somewhat like a folder with a face on it. it remains stuck on this despite my attempts to navigate away, trying to re-boot, etc. i suspect it has something to do with over-heating...although i really dont know much about computers and bought it used. i just bought a new battery and this has made no difference. any ideas? i had no issues at all the first few months i had this computer. thanks.
