So....that scan fixed me or was there something i was suppose to hit, cause all i did was scan and save as. I didn't do anything else with it, so I am clean?

The scan only shows bad entries in your system restore, which will be easily removed once you reset the system restore.

Unless you are experiencing problems, I believe the computer is now clear of malware.
