What the best OS to run games on LAN server?

Hi,
I am wondering what the best OS to use for my LAN server to host games.
The games I would like to host are (in order from importance to least): Halo 1, Call of Duty 4, Halo 2, or America's Army...
I have four OS choices, Windows XP x64, Windows Server 2003, Vista Business, and Windows Server 2008.
Right now my LAN server is Windows 2000 if it matters.
Also, give me your second choice on what OS I should use...

If the current server will host the games you listed, then why change? If I did change, I would go with windows 2k3 server. This is what use on my professionally hosted game servers.
