I was having problems getting rid of obsolete entries in msconfig,

most are now gone, but my computer is now taking longer to shut down than it does to boot.
Nothing was found when I ran Ad-aware 2007, full virus scan (ESET), Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Cleaned the registry with Glary's and CCleaner; when I run MSConfig Cleanup it shows two totally blank entries.
