Is there anyone who knows how to disable the option that lets users change their display background through explorer (IE the My Pictures folder)? I'm running Win 2k3 server and Win XP/2000 client machines.

I've checked the group policy option and the setting: "Prevent users from changing their desktop backgrounds" is enabled.
