Uninstall and reinstall the program that you use to open "wrapper" with.

kinda don't need to install it it runs with a CD

The missing file in question seems to be part of Office so if you either repair that, or uninstall and reinstall Office.

that error was before i installed office.. so i thought office will fix the prob but nothing happened.. and checked out if the CD had faults but.... it runs fine on my causins comp I even rebooted this comp for the CD
