Dell printer runtime error

I am reinstalling my Dell AIO 962 printer and I get almost all of the way through the installation from my disc and I get an error message (C:\Program Files\Dell Photo AIO Printer\dlbxmon.exe).
I have downloaded the drivers from Dell website and get the same message---any ideas???
I recently restored my hard drive back to original settings and have been reinstalling my peripherals as well as installing microsoft Office 2007.

You haven't included the actual message, only the path/file it relates to. The actual error message is helpful in diagnosing the probem.
If you can't remember it, please attempt to install again to reproduce the error and post the full error message you see on screen.
