Hi

I am Ramesh , i am using windows XP Operating system . i feel someone is phishing my system .

i have few problems with system

1 . from my Desktop when i double click command prompt , it will be there for few seconds and i will get closed after few seconds automatically .Problem is i am not able to type anything like , ping server name etc .
Same thing happens when i open Task Manager , it will be there for few seconds and it will be closed automatically after few seconds .

2 . There are multiple users for my system , i feel People are able to Track my bank account password , Yahoo Password etc .

I am serious with Deep problem , Please help me out to solve above problems .
