Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
Can you tell me if this is a new problem?
If you had sound before please tell me if you have made any changes to your system (including installing updates).
I would like for you to look in Device manager for any yellow exclamation points or question marks.
To look in device manager
  • Click on the start button.
  • Select control panel.
  • Open system.
  • Select hardware.
  • Select device manager.

Hello,
Please post your reply in the forum.
Your drivers are fine if there is not a yellow mark.
Did you see your audio device indevice manager?
Also, would you tell me any changes you have made?
