I just got 2008 PCShield deluxe and a few days later Ifound I had VirusHeat. It took over the computer, and I used Norton Go- back(the only Norton thing I have on my computer) and I got my computer back. I still see a re flashing in the tray so I know something is there. The brand new program doesn't even know it is there. I will get a refund and find another program.

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

I solved the problem
I have Spywarestop. I had a chat with them and went into my computer and took out virusheat ASAP. They have a super program and they back what they sell.
