Hello,

Please can you help me??

My computer has recently acquired three icons - Error Cleaner (when I click the right hand button on this and click
Properties it comes up with (http://viruswebprote...668&said=1&sg=1)
- Privacy Protector
- Spyware and M Protection

We are getting constant warnings and alerts saying that we have viruses and worms and that Privacy Protecter is needed. Also the computer is freezing intermitently
We have run Norton and it says that there are no viruses or worms.


I have run the AVG Scan that showed 9 cookies but when I went to save the report no report had been produced even though I clicked "automatically generate report after every scan" and unselected "only if threats found"
