Hi Mark. Everything looks fine except the power supply. A 9600GT though not an 8800GTX or 3870X2 is still going to draw some power on the +12v so I would like to see you get a 450W (but no need to go over 550-600W but 450W-550 will be good) with a good single strong +12v rail made by a quality vendor like Corsair or PC & Power Cooling, or Antec. The reason for 450W would be to give yourself some headroom for possibly adding a few more more components to your system later. Other than that it looks good :)
