Updating Java - Windows Installer Error

Hello,

I hope you can help me with this problem. I have been trying to install programs that then say the will not operate because of Java problem.

When I am trying to update Java it is downloading updates then saying they cant install due to what I have been told is most likely a windows installer error. I have removed and re-installed Installer, etc. and still getting nowhere.

Below is the message that I am now receiving when trying to update Java.
