Hi there,

I have an XP laptop with CA Anti-virus running on it. I ran a scan of my system and the antivirus software is alerting me to infections but cannot seem to get rid of them. Can anyone help please?

The viruses are
Win32/Emptybase.G,
Win32/Vundo.NX and
Win32/Vundo!generic

and they are located in the following files respectively,

C:\system volume information\_restore{0A657AFE-5A12-4254-B250-444AD4EE4E34}\RP96\A0043966.dll
C:\system volume information\_restore{0A657AFE-5A12-4254-B250-444AD4EE4E34}\RP96\A0043973.dll
C:\system volume information\_restore{0A657AFE-5A12-4254-B250-444AD4EE4E34}\RP96\A0043974.dll

I have tried deleting the files by accessing the system volume information, but it tells me access denied. Please help. Thanks.
