Test your PC for a few days and if it doesn't reboot then it's the new RAM that's faulty. Send it back and either get a replacement or a refund.

Go to http://www.crucial.c...fgr.asp?cat=RAM and run the RAM advisor to check what type of RAM you need and you can even buy straight from them.
