Hey there

Last night, I was a complete idiot, and ran a .exe from a site that said I needed Active X control. (setup.exe I think, can't believe I ran it) But anyway, I'm suspecting a lot of malicious infections, all I've done is ran a scan with spybot

Whatever it installed, It's put two icons in my systray, one that looks really similar to the windows security center and another that creates popups with very similar bubbles that my systray normally produces:

i.e.

"Sytem Alert: Malware threats

Your computer is infected with a back door Trojan that allows the remote attacks to perform various malicious actions. Click this baloon to download malware removal software"

It either pops that one or another one similar to it every ..20 seconds
I uninstalled the software it installed, but those 2 icons are still there

Can you guys help me?

Here's a HJT:

Also I don't use AVG or Kaspersky any more
They both were trials

EDIT2:

Whenever I "Fix Checked" for

They keep popping up in the Hijack list when I scan, and they're still in my systray

EDIT3:

Now I'm getting a popup (which coincidentally has the same icon in the tab of it as one of the malicious systray icons) that says:

"Critical system warning! (it even has the Windows SFX for an error message)

Your system is probably infected with the latest version of Spyware.CyberLog-X.

Type: Spyware
Infection Length: 266,129 bytes
Risk: High
Systems Affected: Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, 2003 Server, Winows XP, Windows Vista
Behavior: Spyware.CyberLog-X is a spyware program that monitors user activity, logs keystrokes, and tracks websites visited.
Symptoms:
Low internet speed
Low system performance
Security Center alerts (lol)
Strange pop up windows (lol)

Protection: Click OK to download antispyware software."

Looks to me like some kind of scan, like they're(it's) trying to trick me into downloading whatever is behind this.

Oh, and also, whatever this thing is, it looks like it changed my priveleges from administrator(stupid to be running as it, I know) to something else, because an antivirus/etc program I was installing said I didn't have sufficient rights to install it on my pc.

Maybe it's some sort of self-defense for this malware

Edit 4:

This just seems to be getting worse and worse.
I'm still an admin after all, it just wouldn't install with Kaspersky still installed, I think.

Anyway, I can't even uninstall Kaspersky right now. It says:

Error 1316.A network error occured while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\kis.en.msi
