Not sure if this is the right section, but I might as well give it a shot

Let's say I was trying to access something like

How would I go about doing that?

You can't. Either the address doesn't exist, is mis-spelled, or the website is currently down. My guess is it doesn't exist. The address just doesn't make any sense apart from the normal prefix.

Onion is a type of I dont know that has something to do with tor and privoxy
