:) Hi, I keep trying to get a response to this problem but without success. Can someone please tell me how to stop getting new topic notifications, I have nothing ticked in 'My Controls'/'Email Settings' but I keep getting them. Thanks,

Go to your Controls (My Controls link at top) and look under Subscriptions on the left. Check both the Topics and Forums subjects.Check all Topics/Forums boxes. Scroll to bottom where it says Unsubscribe with selected. Click the "with selected" part. You should be unsubscribed to ones you checked.
