For over a week now I've been experiencing slow boot's and programs hanging. A freind suggested I get a Hijackthis log and post it on here. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

Well please ignore this now. After more digging through the computer, I found a bunch of files missing is key programs like MS Office, Adobe Actrobat etc.. None of them would uninstall and the files were "either is use or write protected" even in safe mode. I just hit Factory reset.
