Unknown Spyware/Trogan

Brand new refomat with new mobo and everything.. Anyways I keep getting these random website popups like Malware Alarm,Anti Spyware Suite,Advanced Cleaner and shopping sites but only when using Internet Explorer so I downloaded HijackThis and scanned it found a few .dll files that were recently modified in windows/system32 so I deleted them. Sorry to say but this thing keeps coming back and doesn't want to go away its like a cockroach. I tried using Smit Fraud Fix,Vondu Fix,Spybot S&D all with no luck.... People & Websites that create/upload/spam this junk should be sued and thrown in prison... Anyways heres my log please help!
