Opera isn't working!

Hi, I just recently installed the following programs: Spyware Blaster, Spyware Guard, Ad-Aware SE, Spybot S&D, AVG 7.5. I scanned my computer with these programs and removed a bunch of malicious objects. Afterwards, I installed registry mechanic and fixed the registry. The computer is running faster than before, but for some reason opera doesn't seem to make a connection online. I can browse fine with Mozilla Firefox, but Opera just won't budge. Can someone please help me??
