basically what happened is i clicked on a movie link on sidereel.com and pop-ups started appearing. i was also trying to upload pictures on facebook. a java pop-up appeared and asked for access. i assumed it was for facebook. how wrong i was. my avast anti-virus immediately recognised it but b4 i could stop the virus it already immediately shut down my computer i switched it back on. as soon as that happened, a balloon popped up saying there was malware on my computer. i surfed the net abt this and found out it was all a fraud and quickly looked for u kind people's help. i downloaded and ran spybot. it detected many things wrong with my laptop but everytime i asked it to fix it would stop responding. then i ran HijackThis and this is the diagnosis.

kind fellows. please help me out. :s

some extra info : aftrer awhile some of the words on my screen started missing. this must be the effect of the malware. also my system is slow. and my windows explorer keeps getting error reports and has to be shut down. oh, and i tried to restart my comp in safe mode but it wont do it. and everytime i start my computer in normal mode, a blue screen comes out asking for checkdisk. it wont ever start the 2nd stage so i have to skip that part everytime i switch it on.

thats all the info i hink. i reali hope its sufficient to help me out. thank you guys in advance!!! biggrin.gif
