I have a antec 900 case and a intel e6750 socket 775 2.66 core 2 duo and my motherboard sits standin up its not laying down is up and down postion and I need a easy to install without removing mobo heatsink. I want to overclock so please help

Why would you need to remove a heatsink from your mobo? What board do you have?

I don't want to go over 60 and i have the intel e6750 2.66 and I want to get that to 3.2

This'll give you great performance at a great price, best of all, it's simple to install. You could probably even go a higher then 3.2GHz if you wanted, but watch your temps of course.
