Hello again,

today I tried to respond to e-mails, but had 100% CPU usage and Outlook froze up. Restarted computer twice, but no luck. Outlook was the only program running at the time besides basic start-up programs.

I have the latest version of SpyWare Blaster, and AGV virus.

Just noticed something else. Whenever I start Outlook, WINWORD.exe is running at 97-99% CPU usage. I know why the WINWORD is there, but I have never noticed it running so high before.

Below is my Hijack This log. See anything of concern. Thank you so much.

Your log looks okay. Word starts with Outlook if you've chosen to use it as your email editor. Maybe try inserting the Office CD and selecting repair from the installation menu.

Thanks for checking.

I reloaded some updates, and now it seems to be working better. Maybe the files had become corrupted during download the last time.

Thank you again
