Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
Is this your home computer, or a work computer?
There are ways to set permissions that will not allow any changes to be made.
If this is your home computer than you should have the rights to make changes, but if a system administrator has set limits you will not be able to make any changes.

Hi cfg (adm)..yes, this is my home computer. Can you explain how I can make the changes so that my computer does not continue to change itself at start up. Please bear with me...I'm 6...something and I try hard to keep up with the computer world by self teaching myself. I truly appreciate your help. Once again, thanks.
