Hello all,

I am new to this forum. I recently discovered a system defender virus on one of my employees pc. I am the IT analyst here and I have tried the basic spyware/adware removal but it did not seem to work.

His PC is running WINXP and he is having random freezing issues. Once in a while, he'll get the system defender pop-up and it won't go away.
I can't seem to get to the Task Manager either. "CTRL+ALT+DEL" must be disabled some how.

Do you have any solutions?
