I am also new to this and have never asked for help in this manner. I am wondering if I have done something wrong or if your just supper busy. Either way I would love to hear from you so that I at least know that I am doing this properly. I think I have done everything that you asked prior to posting. However I am a beginner when it comes to computers malfunctioning, so please be gentle.
