1.What are some FREE applications that you can put flash games in that allow you to play them in a smaller window?

2.Where can you download them from?

3.Can you put them on a flash drive and use them at school?

1: no. this option is set in the program. Unless the option is provided by the creator, it can't be changed.

Yes you can download flash games and put them on a memry stick, i have a few myselp :)
And for resizing open them in interent exploerer and then make that as big or small as you want!
