1. Are SpywareBlaster and SpywareShied similar products: should I use them both or only one of them?

they are different products and make a good combination when used together.

2. In Spybot there is an Immunize section in the new version: do I need for ex. SpywareBlaster anymore?

i would stick to the spywareblaster. spybot is better on searching for the malware.

3. IE Spyad: is this only for Internet Explorer? I normally use Firefox.

ok, leave IE Spyad out.

Is it dangerous to run ComboFix every now and then (even if you don't have idea of having malware in your computer)?

it can be very risky running combofix if you dont know what you are looking at. at an extreme, it could damage your system - so, i would not run it every now and then.
