Win32.skynet worm? Computer will not start

Hello. My uncle's laptop was getting all these wierd windows popping about a program to scan virus. Then all these spybot windows were popping up about the registry being changed. The only thing I caught was "win32.skynet" and now the laptop will not start.

Does anyone know whats going on?
