ok, now when I go to set the Automatic Updates I can't find settings. I can get into my control panel but there is no Automatic Updates link. Am I confused?? (well obvivously)

If you cant get into it that way, find the My Computer icon on your desktop, then right click on it and choose "Properties". This has an Automatic Updates setction and you can enable it there. It also has a System Restore section, make sure that the check box next to Turn Off System Restore is NOT checked.ok, now when I go to set the Automatic Updates I can't find settings.
