This trojan disabled my Norton Anti Virus and Firewall which I cannot restart now,I also cannot get to any "https:" sites. It put these two processes in my startup ( cftmon and spools ) which I had to kill with ProcessExplorer in order to go on the internet, afraid if I didnt the trojan would start its dirty deeds when I went online. I ran all the malware programs and they found nothing,so I ran Kapersky online scan and it found Trojan-Downloader Win32.Agent.jjt Here is my Hijackthis.log if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
