Hi there and sorry for the delay could I have a fresh look at your system please

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

OK you have several infections to remove, I will try to do the majority in one sweep. This will be a long fix so I would recommend copying to a text file for reference

Download and save to your desktop OTCleanit we will use this later

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O7 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{D537B45A-C79C-47EC-93B4-D6F11AFA98A3}: NameServer = 85.255.114.44,85.255.112.237
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.44 85.255.112.237
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.44 85.255.112.237
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.44 85.255.112.237
O20 - Winlogon Notify: ebcbcedbfe - D:\WINDOWS\System32\ebcbcedbfe.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: iifghhg - iifghhg.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: notifyc - D:\WINDOWS\System32\ccc.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winilr32 - winilr32.dll (file missing)
O21 - SSODL: hEsTUtXRK - {B86CC18B-12C6-6B21-2D2B-DA06A5CC6397} - (no file)
O23 - Service: ICF - Unknown owner - D:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe:exe.exe

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis.

NEXT

@echo off
sc stop DomainService
sc delete DomainService
sc stop ICF
sc delete ICF
exit

Next you will need to create the batch fix to do that copy and paste ALL of the above in the quote box to a notepad file.
Then in the text file go to FILE > SAVE AS and in the dropdown box select SAVE AS TYPE to ALL FILES
Then in the FILE NAME box type fix.bat

This will create a batch file Posted Image

Then run fix.bat by double clicking you may see a black box appear this is normal

NEARLY THERE

Please download FixWareout from here:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log

FINALY FOR NOW

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
  • Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
  • Close any open browsers.
  • Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

    -----------------------------------------------------------

    • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
    • Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

      -----------------------------------------------------------

    • Close any open browsers.
    • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
    • Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
    • If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.

    -----------------------------------------------------------

  • Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Logs required : OTMoveit, Wareout and Combofix

OK your logs now look clear so lets see if we can clear the setupapi.dll problem. This only refers when you run control panel - is that correct

Download the attached zip file to your desktop and extract the reg file - double click this and allow it to go into your registry

Reboot and let me know the result

OK that is wierd - I will reset all your associations to ensure they are correct

Make sure that DSS.exe is located on your Desktop.
Click on your START button, then choose Run. A little box will appear.
Now copy and paste all the following in bold (including the "" marks) into the run box and click OK.

"%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /daft

This will start DSS in a different way. A small window will appear.
Click on the Scan button.
If it finds faulty file associations, they will appear in red beside a checkbox. If this occurs, just place a tick in the boxes in question.
Click the Fix button.
Re-scan and save a logfile. By default, it will save as daft.txt.

but since i'm using avast...
my avast detect and block them..
but my guess some of them still can use my internet connection... cause avast cant remove them
and now my avast didn't detect any outgoing mail
my opinion is ur steps remove them from my comp *Hooray*
