MS Outlook 2007 back to 2003

I just got my computer back from being worked on only to find that my Outlook 2003 that I was using has now been changed to 2007.

Since 2007 will only read 2007 Word and I'm using 2003 Word, now I can't see my messages. And to make it worse it's got all my tax stuff in there that I need like....yesterday!

Can anyone explain to me (a computer challanged person) how I can change this back to 2003?

If you can give me some good 1-2-3-etc. directions I certainly will try to help myself.
