Help you remove what - what are you symptoms ?

Download & Run HijackThis.exe

  • Download HJTInstall.exe to your Desktop.
  • Doubleclick HJTInstall.exe to install it.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
  • Click on Install.
  • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
  • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
  • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  • Copy/Paste the log to your next reply please.
Don't use the Analyse This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Ok then roll up your sleeves and lets get started - you have multiple infections so I will use a general purpose tool initially

Download and save to your desktop OTCleanit we will use this later

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O3 - Toolbar: Zango - {90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B} - C:\Program Files\Zango\bin\10.3.36.0\HostIE.dll (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: etlrlws - {65F4F8C1-B31F-40B7-9D34-98CA11EAC387} - C:\WINDOWS\etlrlws.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MalwareCore 7.4] "C:\Program Files\MalwareCore 7.4\MalwareCore 7.4.exe" /h
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [antiviirus] C:\Program Files\antiviirus.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM4bb17f1a] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\nqlgcrrx.dll",s
O21 - SSODL: ComponentAlrt - {9c126442-4f35-43d5-95f1-8d832f6d5ec4} - C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{9c126442-4f35-43d5-95f1-8d832f6d5ec4}\ComponentAlrt.dll
O21 - SSODL: RamVolume - {590a0707-86c5-4b44-aacc-09eac802ecd5} - C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{590a0707-86c5-4b44-aacc-09eac802ecd5}\RamVolume.dll
O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: djuka - {ee9f7cf5-cd49-4cd8-8ba6-1514e7a5c22c} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbchha.dll (file missing)
O24 - Desktop Component 0: Privacy Protection - file:///C:\WINDOWS\privacy_danger\index.htm

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis.

Please go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following (if present):

FINALLY FOR NOW

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
  • Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
  • Close any open browsers.
  • Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

    -----------------------------------------------------------

    • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
    • Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

      -----------------------------------------------------------

    • Close any open browsers.
    • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
    • Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
    • If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.

    -----------------------------------------------------------

  • Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Horses for courses on this one I tried it - didn't like it and uninstalled it, but others think it is OK. The choice is yours

One more to remove

While TeaTimer is an excellent tool for the prevention of spyware, it can sometimes prevent HijackThis from fixing certain things.
Please disable TeaTimer for now until you are clean. TeaTimer can be re-activated once your HijackThis log is clean.

  • Open Spybot Search & Destroy.
  • In the Mode menu click "Advanced mode" if not already selected.
  • Choose "Yes" at the Warning prompt.
  • Expand the "Tools" menu.
  • Click "Resident".
  • Uncheck the "Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of overall system settings) active." box.
  • In the File menu click "Exit" to exit Spybot Search & Destroy.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O2 - BHO: Zango - {90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B} - C:\Program Files\Zango\bin\10.3.36.0\HostIE.dll (file missing)

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis.

Reset Tea timer

Then subject to no further problems .....................

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean :)

Double click OTMoveIt2 once again and you should see a CleanUp! button, press that button, you may get prompted by your firewall that OTMoveIt2wants to contact the internet, allow this, a cleanup.txt will be downloaded, a message dialog will ask you if you want to proceed with the cleanup process, click Yes. This will delete all the tools you have downloaded plus itself. MBAM will need to be uninstalled from Add/Remove

Now to get you off to a good start we will re-set your restore points so that all the bad stuff is gone for good. Then if you need to restore at some stage you will be clean. There are several ways to reset your your restore point but this is my method:

1. Select Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore.
2. On the dialogue box that appears select Create a Restore Point
3. Click NEXT
4. Enter a name e.g. Clean
5. Click CREATE

You now have a clean restore point, to get rid of the bad ones:

1. Select Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > Disk Cleanup.
2. In the Drop down box that appears select your main drive e.g. C
3. Click OK
4. The System will do some calculation and the display a dialogue box with TABS
5. Select the More Options Tab.
6. At the bottom will be a system restore box with a CLEANUP button click this
7. Accept the Warning and select OK again, the program will close and you are done

Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free program: It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system and to keep them updated.

To keep your operating system up to date visit

To learn more about how to protect yourself while on the internet read this article by Tony Klien: So how did I get infected in the first place?

Keep safe :)

Thankyou very much for your help. I only have 1 more question, I have Spybot - Serach and Destroy in my computer and Norton Antivirus. Should I still install SpywareBlaster and MBAM[i uninstalled MBAM lately, should I reinstall it?]? Should I have all of them installed in my system?

If only one pls recomend which one is best.^^ thanks a lot!

Flash disinfector has placed a hidden file on the flash drives that you ran, so they are protected. As it is made by sUBs the combofix man I think you could call it safe :)

Spyware blaster is an immunisation programme - totally different from the Antispy scanners
I would recommend adding a second Antispy for on demand scans - Either Superantispyware or AVG
