Adware or Spyware threat

Earlier I have removed worm.WIN32.NetSky.. i thought now its safe because there's no more irritating continues pop-up which recommends this anti spyware and that adware remove.. but then sometime, I open yahoo and there's a small warning sign in the upper page which says,

"Warning: possible spyware or adware infection! Click here to scan your computer for spyware and adware..."

what shold I do??
