I am terrible at computers and i have an infection and a trojan horse in part of my computer C:\WINDOWS\system32. I think this is making my computer go realy slow and stopping youtube from working... also i am getting a rediculas amount of pop-ups. I had alot of other viruses but my friend deleted them for me. however they do not seem to be gone. I want them of my comp completely and thy are all in AVG's "vault"! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! I wen't inside C:\WINDOWS\system32 and it said i shouldn't mess with any of he files because they help run my computer... i dont what to do! please help!!!!

sorry to keep you waiting. lets do a deeper scan of your machine for me to analyse.

(if your problem has already been resolved, could you just let me know so that i an move onto other logs to help others, thanks)

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

you may need to post the logs over 2 replies to ensure all the information is posted.
