Problem with win32

I have tried to load every virus cleaner going and removal program and all come up with win32 is not vaild application. This appears on Spybot, Avg, Avg anti spy ware, Panda, Bit defender and too many i can't even remember. Not even the windows removal tool will not function it gets partly into it and just hangs up totally. Part of my computer says i have Beagle somewhere in it yet i can not locate it

I have down loaded High Jack This and it will not even install!
