netgear DG834G v3 setup help! on windows xp

i got my friends old net gear router its a DG834G v3, im having trouble setting it up, i have no disk, i have returned it to factory settings and followed the instructions printed on the back and i cannot connect to the setup page which is http://192.168.0.1 please help!

Is this an ex Sky Broadband router?
If so, it won't work until its been de-Skyed. Many instructions on how to do this in Google.
