if so ..is the system stable after installing it...any problems installing it...

My system constantly thrashed the hard drive after SP3 was installed.
As to whether it was stable or not, I didn't get that far before I cloned it back to how it was before I installed SP3 as I quickly got fed up of it thrashing the hard drive all the time. Norton Ghost is your friend.
