I have Wildblue Satellite. I can't connect to a web page. Called ISP and they say satellite is connected but it isn't holding an IP Address. They say the problem is on my end. I am on a different computer(laptop) on the same connection so I know the Isp is working. How do I get an IP address to stick on the desktop. It is unconnected now so I could connect the laptop to go on this site. Thanks for any help!
