I have this thing tht has taken over my computer background telling my computer is infected and when you click on it, it takes you directly to a site to pay for antispyware removers. It wont even allow me to have task manager telling me that its been disabled by administratr. I have read through other posts on this, hwever you ask for logs in most cases and Im not sure where or how to get that. I am also gettig a screen popup from windows that tells me my computer is infected and if i click on it, it will direct to me their site somewhere (I close this out not click on it). Please help!! TIA...
