I recently got the Worm.Win32.Skynet virus on my computer the Spyware program I use which is called Webroot Spy Sweeper can't find it. I use a free version of AVG Anti Virus and it can't find it. The symptoms are as followed:

A red X appears on my toolbar saying "Virus Activities found etc"
I keep getting a "Spyware Alert" pop up letting me know I have said virus.
Internet Explorer fires up pop ups that half the time don't work but are usually random Spyware removal sites.
3 such programs have appeared on my desktop and keep coming back after I delete them.
My computer is running slower than ever
My wallpaper vanished and is replaced by a restore wallpaper screen that can't restore it

If there is someway to get rid of this program I would greatly appreciate your help. I warn you though I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to terminology.
