Trojan found need help

My PC is running Norton anti virus and found the following and I need help to get rid of it.

Scan type: Realtime Protection Scan
Event: Virus Found!
Virus name: Trojan Horse
File: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CMPBK3.dll
Location: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
Computer: DJMFLJ31
User: Wayne Caldwell
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access denied

I tried renaming the file CMPBK3.dll but it says access denied!

Does anyone know what program is running this driver? And how to get ride of it?
