Another IEXPLORE.EXE thread

Well... i recently got infected through an usb drive. A friend used it to connect to his laptop (which was infected without his knowledge) and then i connected it to my computer.. and.. i got infected :)

In my processes i see "IEXPLORE.EXE" running along with another weird file name called fcb3a9c8.exe

I can terminate them and continue using my computer no problem.. but when i try to delete said files ... on the next boot up, they come up again.

so i'm confused!
