While trying to gain access to Private MSN Groups chatroom I get the following messages

Java Runtime Environment could not be loaded

then I get this one.

Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error.

I can gain access to the sight but the Java Ad-on is not coming alive to allow me to enter the chat room.

Try going to your add/remove programs and uninstalling your current java installation(s) then getting the latest version from here

Did uninstall and re-install but same problem occurring

Did you uninstall all versions of Java shown in Add/Remove Programs?

What version of the Java JRE did you download and install? Java 6 Update 5 is available here: http://www.java.com/...nload/index.jsp

Open a command prompt and enter java -version

Response should be:

C:\>java -version
java version "1.6.0_05"
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_05-b13)
Java HotSpot™ Client VM (build 10.0-b19, mixed mode, sharing)
