Steps I've taken (that didn't fix it):
1. Removed all profiles and started a new profile.
2. Un-install and Re-installed firefox
3. Ran the ATF Cleaner
4. Ran Norton Scan
5. Used the -safemode shortcut property. Firefox works fine in safemode.
6. Tried to do a restore point, windows told me that my system has not changed.
7. There is no firefox.exe processes in task manager.
8. Ran the PandaScan
9. Ran the SUPERAntispyware (found 1 tracking cookie)
10. Contacting GTG
